    Trifler does not collect your browsing history outside of the app. The only browsing history collected pertains to activities conducted within the Trifler app.

    All communications and chats within Trifler are encrypted to ensure your privacy and security.

    When you make a purchase, we keep the details of the transaction (example, what you purchased, the date of the transaction, the price, the mode of payment). The exact data depends on the payment method you choose.

    9. Face-Geometric Data :

    A Mandatory Photo verification or photo and ID verification that involves the collection of face geometric data, which may be considered biometric data in some jurisdictions. Trifler will ask for camera permissions to capture your face geometric data for verification purposes.

    Trifler application is fully encrypted. Trifler does not store any credit /debit card details. Trifler shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by user as a result of any disclosure(in advertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account, credit cards or debit cards in the course of any online transactions or payments made for any product and/ or services offered through the platform. If in case any personal information is shared by you with trifler, which is not requested by trifler during registration,(whether mandatorily or optionally) Trifler will not be liable for any information security breach or disclosure in retention to such information.

    Profile Information

    We recommend and encourage you (and all our members) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers’ license details and other sensitive information which is open to abuse and misuse on your profile. When you post information about yourself or use the messaging function to communicate with other Users, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk. Trifler will not be responsible for the amount of information you disclose or your sensitive information on your Profile, Bio or in Chats.

    PROFILE VERIFICATION INFORMATION

    For safety and security and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we require Users to verify their accounts by mandatory photo verification using face recognition technology and ask for your mobile phone number. We want to make sure that you are not a robot! We also want to avoid fake Trifler accounts from being created and ensure that everyone on Trifler is genuine. Accounts If Any, used for malicious activities and cybercrime or they threaten the Trifler network and spoil things for everyone, will be banned From Trifler. This verification is required by us for the prevention of fraud. The scan may include the user of facial recognition technology, to ensure that you are who you say you are. We do not add the verification photo to your profile. We retain the scans so that we can verify you in the future and for our record-keeping purposes until we no longer need them for such purposes or for two years after your last interaction with us, whichever occurs first. After the applicable retention period expires, we take commercially reasonable steps to permanently and securely delete the scans from our system.

    PURCHASE INFORMATION

    If you decide to purchase any of the coupons present on the app Whether by being a Host or a Guest or you want to buy our premium services, we will process your payment information and retain this securely for the prevention of fraud and for audit/tax purposes. Trifler uses automated decisions to prevent fraudulent payment transactions being processed as part of its anti-fraud procedures. In order to do this, our systems check payment transactions for behavior that indicates breaches of our Terms and Conditions of Use. If a transaction meets certain criteria that demonstrate that the Terms and Conditions of Use are likely to have been breached and the transaction is likely to be fraudulent, the relevant transaction may automatically be blocked. Where a transaction is blocked, the user will be notified that their transaction cannot be processed and affected Users can contact Trifler to contest the decision. Please note that if your account is blocked for any reason, any account(s) that you have on other Trifler platforms/applications, may also be blocked as part of our anti-spam and anti-fraud procedure

    If you have granted trifler access to your location in your device's settings, when you use your mobile, we will collect information about Wi-fi access points as well as other location information about your longitude or latitude or altitude, the time and the location information is recorded to customize this service . We may save your device coordinates to offer certain features to you, this information helps us identify your physical location and we use it to personalize the app and make it easier for you to interact with other users by enabling the general locality information to be displayed to user seeing your profile and showing you the profiles of other users who are near you and provides you a better information about the ambience, cafes, gyms, activities and other various dining spaces in your area including applicable promotions around you. Even if you have given trifler access to your location, then also you can withdraw your consent at any time by turning this off. If you decline this permission, features that rely on precise geolocation may not be available to you. You can do so by the following methods:

    Device and Photos Information

Our matching algorithms are based on a range of factors and use machine learning to rank profiles for you to maximize your chance of finding compatible matches. We analyze information about how you interact with our app to suggest to you people who are active and available to meet new people. We use your device coordinates, to understand your proximity to other members. The legal basis for processing profile and proximity information is that this is necessary for the provision of our contractual services to you pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where we process information about your app activity, this is based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and specifically our legitimate interest in generating more personalized and relevant recommendations for who you can match with in our App. Where you have included sensitive information in your profile, such as information about your beliefs, the processing of this information is based on your voluntary and explicit consent.

    If we become aware that a user under the permissible age has registered and provided personal information, we will take steps like

    For your protection and the protection of all of our Users, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity before we can answer the above requests.

    ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND DATA RETENTION

    We want the connections you make through our services to last forever, but if you decide to stop using our services, you can close/delete your account by visiting your profile settings in the app or on our website and your profile will not will no longer be visible to the other members. We will remove your public post from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile
    When your account is deleted we make sure it is no longer viewable in the App and after that we will delete your personal information and de identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity. But, for up to 60 days it is still possible to restore your account if it was accidentally deleted. After that we begin the process of deleting your personal information from our systems but we may retain information about you in our systems to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrong doing in connection with the service or to comply the legal obligations.
    If in any case your account remain Inactive for 2 years we will automatically Delete your data ,Remove all your public posts and your Profile Information.
    We keep your personal information only as long as we needed for the legal basis relied upon and as permitted by applicable law for instance, if you make purchases within the App, some personal data may be kept for tax and accounting purposes, for example, if an account is blocked, we keep some account information and a record of the behavior that led to the block - this information is retained for evidential purposes in case of queries or legal claims concerning the block ,there is an outstanding issue, claim or dispute requiring us to keep the relevant information until it is resolved; or the information must be kept for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing Users’ safety and security (for example, information may need to be kept to prevent a user who was banned for unsafe behavior or security incidents from opening a new account).
